Only debit card transactions processed by merchants and received by the Bank as POS Withdrawals count towards qualifying debit card transactions.

4Domestic ATM Fee Refunds
Synergy Rewards accounts are eligible for domestic ATM fee reimbursements, which are limited per statement cycle, when you meet all eligibility qualifications. Qualifying purchases must post and settle the account during the statement cycle in order for the reimbursements to be applied. Domestic ATM fees that post and settle during the statement cycle will be reimbursed up to a total of $25 per statement cycle and credited to your Synergy Rewards account on the last day of the “Statement Cycle”.

“Statement Cycle” means the period of time for which Adams Community Bank provides a summary of the financial activities and transactions that post and settle to the accountholder’s account. The Synergy Rewards and Synergy Cashback Statement Cycle ends on the 15th of each month except when the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or federal holiday. If the 15th of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or federal holiday, the statement cycle will end on the last business day prior to the 15th.

5To qualify for Synergy Cashback Rewards and receive rebates on your $5.00 maintenance service charge, you must perform the following during the “Statement Cycle”. Have at least one (1) automatic payment (ACH) or one (1) direct deposit post and settle; and be enrolled and receive eStatements via Online Banking. Contact us on how to enroll!

6Synergy Rewards: (1) Only one account per tax owner will qualify. If a tax owner has more than one Synergy Rewards account, the account with the earliest open date/time (the account opened the longest) that also meets all qualification requirements will be the only account with the opportunity to qualify. All other Synergy Rewards accounts with the same tax owner will not qualify for higher interest rate or domestic ATM fee refunds regardless of the qualifications being met. (2) Accounts changed to Synergy Rewards from another product that has a statement cycle of anything other than the 15th of the month may not qualify until the account completes its first full statement cycle ending on the 15th of a month as defined in the “Statement Cycle” section above. For example, a checking account that currently has a statement cycle ending on the 10th of the month will have to complete the current statement cycle on the 10th, will then have a short statement cycle from the 10th of the month to the 15th of the month, then finally will begin its first full statement cycle ending on the 15th of month.

7Synergy Cashback: (1) Only one account per tax owner will qualify. If a tax owner has more than one Synergy Cashback account, the account with the earliest open date/time (the account opened the longest) that also meets all qualification requirements will be the only account with the opportunity to qualify. All other Synergy Cashback accounts with the same tax owner will not qualify for Cashback Rewards or the maintenance service charge rebate regardless of the qualifications being met. (2) Accounts changed to Synergy Cashback from another product that has a statement cycle of anything other than the 15th of the month may not qualify until the account completes its first full statement cycle ending on the 15th of a month as defined in the “Statement Cycle” section above. For example, a checking account that currently has a statement cycle ending on the 10th of the month will have to complete the current statement cycle on the 10th, will then have a short statement cycle from the 10th of the month to the 15th of the month, then finally will begin its first full statement cycle ending on the 15th of month. Any maintenance services charges assessed during this transition period will be rebated upon request of the account holder if the request is made within 6 months of the assessment by calling 413-743-0001 or by requesting the refund in person at any one of our branches.
