With no minimum balance, ACB’s Business Synergy Cashback checking account is as easy as it gets for small business owners who want convenience and affordability.

- A per-item fee of $0.75 will be assessed for each item over 300 per statement cycle
- Get 1% cashback on up to $2000 in debit card purchases per statement cycle when qualifications are met.* (max earning of $20/statement cycle)
*To qualify for Business Synergy Cashback Rewards, you must perform the following during the “statement cycle.”
- Have at least fifteen (15) Debit Card transactions3 post and settle; and
- Be enrolled and receive eStatements via Online Banking.4

1)Item count includes deposit transactions, each check deposited, and checks paid.
2)“Statement Cycle” means the period of time for which Adams Community Bank (ACB) provides a summary of the financial activities and transactions that post and settle to the accountholder’s account. The Business Synergy Cashback Statement Cycle ends on the last business day of the month.
3)Debit card transactions processed by merchants and received by the bank as ATM transactions do not count towards qualifying debit card transactions for the purpose of earning rewards within the accounts. Transfers between accounts do not count as qualifying transactions for the purpose of earning rewards within the account. Only debit card transactions processed by merchants and received by the Bank as POS Withdrawals count towards qualifying debit card transactions. Please note that transactions MUST post and settle to your account during the “statement cycle.” They may not be in a pending state to qualify as one of the qualifications. Transactions may take one or more banking days from the day the transaction was made to post to and settle an account. ACB has no control nor influence over any merchant’s payment processing procedures or methodologies. Please consult with the merchant’s management and your State’s Banking Commissioner if you believe your transaction(s) were not processed in accordance with your signature authorization.

5)Remote Deposit Capture check scanner options:
Customer leases a check scanner for $15.00 per statement cycle. Lease includes the use of a Bank owned check scanner and repairs or replacement of check scanner due to normal wear and tear. Check scanner will be returned to the Bank if related services are canceled by the customer or the Bank.
OR
Customer purchases a Bank-approved check scanner. Customer will own the check scanner and will be responsible for any repairs and/or replacement of the check scanner.
