Customer Connect offers a comprehensive range of services that are designed to enhance the customer experience, including ACB’s call center, Interactive Teller Machines (ITM), and Video Banking.

Customers can take advantage of extended banking hours with Customer Connect, ACB’s Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) – a machine similar to an ATM that allows customers to complete transactions through a two-way video service.

Video Banking is currently accessed by calling (413) 743-0001. Soon, customers will benefit from on-demand chat and additional video banking options.
