Customer Connect offers a comprehensive range of services that are designed to enhance the customer experience, including ACB’s call center, Interactive Teller Machines (ITM), and Video Banking.

Customers can take advantage of extended banking hours with Customer Connect, ACB’s Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) – a machine similar to an ATM that allows customers to complete transactions through a two-way video service.

Video Banking is currently accessed by calling (413) 743-0001. Soon, customers will benefit from on-demand chat and additional video banking options.

What is Customer Connect?

Customer Connect is Adams Community Bank’s dedicated customer service department and call center located in Adams, Massachusetts.

This team is composed of personable, knowledgeable, and driven employees who are committed to addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience. Their expertise and friendly approach make Customer Connect a reliable resource for all banking needs, reinforcing the Bank’s commitment to excellent customer service.

Customer Connect Call Center Specialists are available Monday – Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Interactive Teller Machines (ITM)

Connect to a live Customer Connect Specialist through two-way video conferencing – think ATM, but so much more!

Using Customer Connect is easy! Just tap the screen to connect; a live video will start, and a Customer Connect Specialist will guide you through your transaction with the same personal touch you would receive by visiting our Great Barrington, North Adams, or Pittsfield branches.
