What is an ITM?

An ITM, or Interactive Teller Machine, is a terminal that provides standard ATM functionality and allows customers to connect via video with our Customer Connect Specialists during certain hours. While on the line with one of our Customer Connect Specialists, customers can now process more complicated and sensitive transactions such as cashing checks, credit card payments, loan payments, and making both cash and check deposits.

To initiate a video call, touch the screen. Your call will be connected to the next available Specialist. Once connected, you will see a detailed transaction log and a live feed of the person assisting you. Your personal Customer Connect Specialist and on-screen prompts will guide you through your transaction to provide a seamless experience.
